We had an amazing time soaking in the natural hot springs, a perfect way to unwind after adventure-packed days. The hotel also offers cool activities like canopy tours and visits to frog farms, which our teenagers absolutely loved. The pools and swim-up bar had us enjoying cocktails as we watched the stunning Arenal volcano views.
In my wife's opinion, more hooks for wet towels would help families. Our teenagers also had a bit of a letdown with their spa experience as it ended too soon, which was disappointing.
